February Prayer Guide

FEBRUARY: WHO ARE YOUR FEW?

Incorporate the following prayer prompts into your daily prayer time.

Week 1 – MATTHEW 28:19–20

“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

  • Pray for the Lord to reveal a few people you can pour into this year. Ask the Lord for ways you can love them in such a way that they can’t ignore the love of Jesus for their lives. Pray for wisdom in helping them grow as disciple of Jesus.

Week 2 – ISAIAH 6:8

“Then I heard the voice of the Lord asking: ‘Who will I send? Who will go for us?’; I said: ‘Here I am. Send me!’”

  • Ask God to give you a "Here I am, send me" attitude when it comes to reaching your few. In fact, pray those words "Here I am, send me!" Pray for the courage to do whatever he wants you to do, say whatever he wants you to say, and go wherever he wants you to go.

Week 3 – ISAIAH 30:21

“Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’”

  • Pray for the Holy Spirit to help you hear his voice as you go throughout the day. Pray for guidance in your conversations and your actions. Ask the Spirit to lead you as you aim to love "your few."

Week 4 – LUKE 15:7

“Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.”

  • Continue to pray for the lost or unchurched people God has put on your heart. Ask the Lord to save and redeem lives. Pray for City Awakening to see more people transformed by the Gospel. The Church is an army, and our mission is to make disciples... bringing much joy in heaven!
